The Snuggery (this area is also right out of the Raj period and overlooks the famous ‘Chowrasta’ – the main public square of Darjeeling). All houses are set in gorgeous flowering gardens and shrubberies.

 

Hill Charm Cottage

We are delighted to offer this very comfortable and spacy accommodation. Set within ‘The Snuggery’ area of Windamere, this cottage is ‘standalone’. It is often requested by honeymoon couples and guests who seek a “cottage environment”. It offers a king-sized bed; a “living fire”; a change room, complete with dressing table and wardrobe; a beautifully designed shower bathroom and a delightfully comfortable conversation area (with cosy arm chairs). The accommodation offers a TV and telephone. It is complete with double-glazed windows and a ‘vestibule’ layout. Extra beds can be accommodated here.

Annandale House

Annandale House a beautiful English style house, with standard accommodation, both upstairs and downstairs. All sections of the house are named after the family’s teachers, Girl Guide friends and Captains and other close family friends. All rooms are warmly furnished, with king-sized and twin beds. All have fireplaces and televisions + bathrooms with Victorian tubs.

Observatory House

Observatory House: Superior accommodation, with Indian colonial rooms, both on the ground level and upstairs. They all have full conversational sitting areas, fireplaces, televisions and bathrooms (Victorian tubs).

Observatory House Conference Centre

Observatory House Conference Centre: just downstairs from the main level, we have three conference rooms, a directors’ lounge with fireplace), break-out area and bathrooms. Rhodes Hall: just around the corner and down the hill from Observatory House, we have a large conference centre – just as you step into the property, you will find our ‘Writing Room’ (with a full WiFi facility and 2 x computers)
