| Cancellation Policy |
|
- Full pre-payment on all bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival
- No cancellation charge if booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations received 16-30 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 50% on the total amount
- Cancellations received 11-15 days prior to arrival, will be refunded at 25% on the total amount
- Cancellations received 0-10 days prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be paid
- During the stay, if part cancellations are requested – a 1 x day retention fee is charged
